Overview and Terms of Use

This document outlines the general provisions, terms and conditions, and permitted usage of the Software Product and participation in the Affiliate Network (“Affiliate Programme”, “TEST”) (hereinafter referred to as the Rules). By accepting these Rules, the participant confirms they have read and understood them in full and agree to comply with the terms outlined.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Rules, specific programme guidelines, or other binding documents at any time without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, such changes take effect upon publication.

1. Definitions

  • Personal/Affiliate Account – A section of the Software Product’s interface enabling Affiliates to manage their participation in the Affiliate Network.

  • Payment Model – A compensation scheme based on specific outcomes resulting from advertising activities performed by the Affiliate.

  • Offer – A set of conditions (including restrictions and payment terms) under which the Affiliate promotes a product online.

  • Affiliate Network – A business relationship between https://spinsbro.casino and Affiliates for promoting advertiser products/services.

  • Affiliate/Webmaster – Any individual or legal entity over 18 years of age authorized to promote Advertisers’ products within the Network.

  • Software Product – The suite of tools and services accessible via https://spinsbro.casino or the mobile app, used to:
    — Analyze performance and improve monetization;
    — Access Advertiser information and promotion tools;
    — Monitor statistics and track user interactions (Targeted Actions);
    — Register and manage Affiliate Accounts.

  • Advertising Materials – Digital assets used by Affiliates to promote products online.

  • Advertiser – An individual or legal entity over 18 (or the Network itself) that provides goods/services to be advertised.

  • Traffic – A group of users who interacted with an Advertiser via an Affiliate’s Advertising Materials.

  • Affiliate Services – Activities undertaken by Affiliates to drive Traffic and facilitate Targeted Actions.

  • Targeted Action (Lead) – A predefined user activity (e.g., purchase, app install) that qualifies the Affiliate for remuneration.

2. Participation and Use of Software Product

2.1. Registration – Affiliates must register via the Network site and provide accurate information.
2.2. Affiliates choose their login credentials (email and password).
2.3. Registration requires email verification and contact with an Affiliate Programme representative.
2.4. Affiliates are responsible for securing login credentials. All actions taken through their account are considered authorized.
2.5. An Affiliate Account is activated after completing registration, accepting the Rules, and receiving confirmation.
2.6. The Company may refuse or terminate cooperation at its sole discretion without explanation.
2.7. Only verified Affiliates may access the Network.
2.8. Affiliates must keep their account information up to date.
2.9. All details except the email address may be updated directly; email changes must go through Support.
2.10. Re-registration is prohibited.
2.11. The Company is not liable for unauthorized access due to compromised login data. Suspected breaches must be reported immediately.

3. Affiliate (Webmaster) Cooperation

3.1. Webmasters accept Advertisers’ Offers to distribute Advertising Materials for remuneration.
3.2. Webmasters may create their own materials, provided they meet Advertiser requirements.
3.3. Webmasters choose where to publish Ads and may engage third parties, but the Network does not monitor these sites.
3.4. Webmasters decide independently where to place Ads.
3.5. The use of misleading or coercive advertising methods is prohibited. Webmasters are liable for any legal or financial consequences and agree to indemnify the Company, the Network, and Advertisers.
3.6. Webmasters must ensure outdated materials are promptly removed.

4. Operation of the Affiliate Network

4.1. Advertisers publish Offers, detailing payment models and qualifying actions.
4.2. Remuneration depends on the nature of the Targeted Action and the applicable rate at the time it occurs.
4.3. Rates are published in the Network interface and may be updated at any time.
4.4. Once a Targeted Action occurs via a Referral link, the Webmaster earns remuneration per the Offer.
4.5. Accepted actions may include purchases, app installations, or subscriptions.
4.6. Each Affiliate receives a unique Referral link that must be used to track actions and qualify for payment.
4.7. Disputes over actions are resolved solely by the Network based on available data.
4.8. The Network’s statistical records are final in case of discrepancies.
4.9. Payments are made based on Network data and Advertiser terms.
4.10. The Network may verify Affiliate details before processing payouts.
4.11. Webmasters bear all advertising costs unless agreed otherwise in advance.
4.12. Remuneration is credited to the Affiliate’s internal account.
4.13. Withdrawals must be requested by the Affiliate and are subject to account balance and the Network’s payment options and terms.
